UK shipping

Free across most of mainland UK. A few outer postcodes are chargeable; the list is on the Delivery page along with the full delivery process and timing.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 2 to 5 working days. We don’t ship at weekends or on bank holidays. If we’re unusually busy, processing may take a few days longer; if your order is significantly delayed we’ll get in touch by phone or email.

International shipping

Flat rate £29.99. Delivery time varies by destination and carrier. Customs duties and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility, and we can’t predict what they’ll be ahead of time.

Tracking

Once your order ships you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. The number becomes active within 24 hours.

Damage in transit

Inspect items on arrival. If something has been damaged in transit, photograph the packaging and the damage and let us know within 48 hours so we can sort it.
